Short on purpose — not because you deserve less, but because a routine you keep up every single day will outperform an elaborate one you do when you remember. Consistency is the active ingredient nobody sells.
Onto damp skin, morning and night. Hydration does a great deal of visible work at this stage — skin that's holding water catches light better, feels comfortable, and makes lines look softer than any treatment can on a dry face.
Straight over the serum while it's still slightly tacky. This is what holds everything in and stops the day pulling moisture back out. Most people notice this one within a week.
If your skin isn't especially dry, F20 Rose Ceramide Barrier Cream ($71) is the lighter version of the same job.
F82 Blue Tansy Clarifying Cleanser ($38), evenings and any time you've worn makeup. Lukewarm water, never hot. In the morning, warm water and your hands is genuinely enough — over-washing costs you more than under-washing at this stage.
F125 Mineral Barrier + Hydration Sun Balm ($62.95), last step. Sun is still the single largest cause of visible pigment change, at every age, and it's still the most preventable one.
A Rose Vanilla Hydration Mist ($20) beside your chair. A mist midway through the day is a pleasant thing in itself, and it gives your cream something to hold onto. People who keep one tend to use it daily.

I want to be clear about this one, because a lot of skincare quietly assumes that past a certain age you're only entitled to comfort. That isn't how the biology works and it isn't how I think.
F108 is the most concentrated formula I make, at 10% bakuchiol, and it is our best-selling product across every age group we sell to. It works on firmness and on tone, and it works because renewal is still happening — which it is, in your skin, right now.
It doesn't replace F3 — it goes underneath it. F108 is the treatment serum, F3 stays on top as your root serum, and you use the two together morning and night. Bakuchiol is sun-protective rather than sun-sensitizing, which is exactly where it differs from retinol, so it belongs in your morning as much as your evening. It asks for months rather than weeks, and in return it does more than hydration alone ever will. Plenty of the women who order it are in their seventies and eighties, and they reorder.

Your hands, and everything below your chin.
Your neck, décolletage and the backs of your hands are thinner-skinned than your face, take the same sun, and receive a fraction of the attention. The whole industry sells face cream as though the face ended at the chin.
The neck and chest cost you nothing. Whatever serum and cream you've just used, carry it down. Upward strokes, same gentle pressure. You don't need a separate product and I'm not going to sell you one.
F111 Hand Renewal Balm
Hands are the exception, because they get washed all day and face cream never survives on them.
This is 3% bakuchiol — the same active as F108, at the concentration hands need. It supports collagen and works on the appearance of age spots, which is not something a scented hand cream is doing.
Keep it by the sink rather than in a drawer. The one by the sink is the one that gets used.
How to put it on.
Thinner skin creases and drags more easily, so technique counts now in a way it didn't at forty. These four things will do more for your results than changing anything you're using.

Most skincare is manufactured months, sometimes years, before it reaches a shelf — built to survive that wait rather than to perform at its peak. Live botanical actives degrade in storage, so the longer a formula sits, the less it can do by the time it reaches you.
