Apply the Toner

Pat Gently
After applying, lightly pat your skin with clean fingertips to help the toner absorb. So that the active ingredients remain stable and active, the serums and creams should avoid contact with water. Wait at least five minutes after washing your face before applying Formula Flawless serums and creams to make sure hands and face are completely dry and the skin receives all the benefits of the deeply nourishing ingredients.
Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types.Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.
How do I store my products?Our serums and creams are 100% fresh and free from chemicals and preservatives. Our serums last for 6 months from time of preparation, after which time, their effectiveness starts to reduce. Apart from the F3, they do not require refrigeration, but they are better for being in the fridge to retain maximum effectiveness. Our creams are fresh and we recommend that they are kept in a fridge.

My Skincare Journey
In my 20’s I suffered from extreme acne, in my 30's I suffered from age spots, dry skin, red patches and wrinkles. I was traveling the world, teaching Yoga and tried all kinds of skincare products, including the most expensive at fancy shops in the airports but nothing worked for me.
To solve my own skin problems, I used a biology-first approach combined with my background in organic chemistry and with decades of study in Yoga and Ayurveda to create formulations based on the principles of epigenetics to rejuevenate skin at a cellular level.
When I discovered what worked I started sharing with others. First serums, then creams, scrubs and face masks and people kept writing to me talking about how these worked so well for them and quickly.
This was a pivotal moment, because when I saw how so many people transformed life-long issues in a short amount of time I had a choice to make. So I joined up with my co-founder Andrew Phillips and Formula Flawless was born.
There are a few rules that I formulate by. The first rule is freshness. The second rule is no fillers, which only dilute the product. The third is no nasty poisonous preservatives - I use natural probiotics, which are good for the skin, to retain freshness.
My skincare is based on one key principle - Everything has to be something I would use on my own skin, which means it's made fresh with the highest efficacy and vitality. This presented a challenge to overcome, because most companies mass produce and store in warehouses for up to 5 years.

Do Formula Flawless products contain nuts?
We use nut oils in many of our products and all products are made in the same lab where nut oils are present. Anyone with a nut allergy should not use our products at any time. And anyone living with someone with a nut allergy should not use our products at any time.
Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types.
Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.
How do I store my products?
Our serums and creams are 100% fresh and free from chemicals and preservatives. Our serums last for 6 months from time of preparation, after which time, their effectiveness starts to reduce. Apart from the F3, they do not require refrigeration, but they are better for being in the fridge to retain maximum effectiveness. Our creams are fresh and we recommend that they are kept in a fridge.
Does Formula Flawless test its products on animals?
We are a cruelty-free company. We never have and never will test our products on animals and we do not have animal testing conducted by anyone else. We are huge cruelty-free advocates for animals and do not support animal testing.
How long do the products last for?
All our serums, apart from F3, last for 6 months without refrigeration, after which time, their effectiveness starts to reduce.
Our F3 Serum lasts for 6 months as long as it is refrigerated.
Our Creams will last 3-6 months as long as they are refrigerated.
Masks and Scrubs do not require refrigeration and are best used within 12 months.
Most important for the creams and serums is to avoid getting your fingers in them, avoid any direct contact with your skin. Treat these just like fresh yogurt, if you get your fingers in the yogurt, it won’t last as long as bacteria from your hands will start to grow.. Use the spoons provided for the creams and with the dropper bottles, try not to let the tip of the dropper touch your skin.
Are the products Vegan?
Our F3 Deep Hydrating Skin Serum contains marine collagen. All other products are vegan.
Which products are good for Rosacea?
Our products work well for people who have Rosacea as we do not use alcohols, added fragrance, artificial coloring or mineral oils. Some of the favourites for Rosacea are the F3 and F10 serums and the F34 Gentle Rose Resurfacing Scrub.
Is it safe to use your products around the eye area?
It is ok to apply the product around your eye but with any product, you never want to put anything so close that it gets into your lashes as the product can run into your eye causing irritation. When applying product around the eye it is best to pat it on with your forefingers as the skin is thinner and more delicate.
Can I use the serums with the F22 eye cream?
Yes, The F22 Eye Cream was formulated to be used with the rest of your Formula Flawless regimen, including The Serum.
Should I use the Serums and Creams Straight after washing my face?
So that the active ingredients remain stable and active, the serums and creams should avoid contact with water. Wait at least five minutes after washing your face before applying Formula Flawless serums and creams to make sure hands and face are completely dry and the skin receives all the benefits of the deeply nourishing ingredients.
Should I use it in the morning or night?
You can use it both in the morning and in the evening.

When you see the word "treatment" here at Formula Flawless, we are not advising a healing remedy to some sort of ailment. We simply are using this word to better explain the application and use of a particular product for cosmetic/beauty purposes.
How is product safety testing conducted?
Consumer safety has always been top priority at Formula Flawless. Therefore, our product safety testing requires collaboration of experts across several sciences, including toxicology, microbiology, environmental chemistry and manufacturing for each new formula we create.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are made by us in our own lab in Oregon, US. All products are tested for irritants and allergens using biological assays and human volunteers. We do not test and never have tested our products on animals, nor do we ask others to conduct animal testing on our behalf. We are always researching dermatology, skin ageing and cellular biology and developing new products in our state-of-the-art laboratory as we continue our exploration in delivering the world’s most effective skincare. Is the serum fragrance free?
Yes, we never use fragrance in any of our products. Some of our products have a natural pleasant smell from their organic, fresh ingredients. The serums are free of gluten, GMOs, parabens, fragrance, SLS, SLES, DEA, heavy metals, talc and petrolatum/paraffin/mineral oil. It is also free of ANY and ALL the chemicals and bulking agents commonly used in regular skincare which only harm your skin over time. Everything we make is 100% fresh and 100% natural. Like all Formula Flawless products it is also cruelty-free.
Is the packaging recyclable?
All bottles and jars are made out of glass and fully recyclable. Our products are 93% plastic free and our external packaging is all recycled paper shreds.
