Can I pair or layer this serum with other serums?
For best results, we suggest, as part of your skincare regimen, applying the F10 finishing serum 3 minutes after applying F3 or any of your choices of face serums. The F10 finishing serum seals everything in for the whole of the day. You can top up your skin during the day with the F9 Skin Glow Vitamin C spray which protects your skin against the environment with high levels of antioxidants. If using F12 firming and tightening serum apply F3 in the mornings and F12 in the evenings.
Should I use the Serums and Creams Straight after washing my face?
So that the active ingredients remain stable and active, the serums and creams should avoid contact with water. Wait at least five minutes after washing your face before applying Formula Flawless serums and creams to make sure hands and face are completely dry and the skin receives all the benefits of the deeply nourishing ingredients.
Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types.Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.
How do I store my products?Our serums and creams are made fresh in small batches. Our oil-based formulas need no preservative at all, and formulas that contain water are protected with Geogard ECT, a gentle preservative approved for natural and organic skincare. Our serums last for 6 months from time of preparation, after which time, their effectiveness starts to reduce. Apart from the F3, they do not require refrigeration, but they are better for being in the fridge to retain maximum effectiveness. Our creams are fresh and we recommend that they are kept in a fridge.
Does Formula Flawless test its products on animals?
We are a cruelty-free company. We never have and never will test our products on animals and we do not have animal testing conducted by anyone else. We are huge cruelty-free advocates for animals and do not support animal testing.

Most important for the creams and serums is to avoid getting your fingers in them, and avoid any direct contact with your skin. Treat these just like fresh yogurt, if you get your fingers in the yogurt, it won't last as long, because bacteria from your hands will start to grow. Use the spoons provided for the creams, and with the dropper bottles, try not to let the tip of the dropper touch your skin.
Are the products Vegan?
The F3 Deep Hydrating Skin Serum contains marine collagen. All other products are vegan.
Which products are good for Rosacea?
My products work well for people who have Rosacea, since I don't use alcohols, added fragrance, artificial coloring or mineral oils. Some favorites for Rosacea are the F3 and F10 serums and the F34 Gentle Rose Resurfacing Scrub.
Is it safe to use your products around the eye area?
It's okay to apply the product around your eye, but with any product, you never want to put anything so close that it gets into your lashes, as the product can run into your eye and cause irritation. Yes, the F22 Eye Cream was formulated to be used with the rest of your Formula Flawless regimen, including the serums.
Should I use the Serums and Creams Straight after washing my face?
So that the active ingredients remain stable and active, the serums and creams should avoid contact with water. Wait at least five minutes after washing your face before applying Formula Flawless serums and creams, to make sure hands and face are completely dry and the skin receives all the benefits of the deeply nourishing ingredients.
Should I use it in the morning or night?
You can use it both in the morning and in the evening.
Can teenagers use these products?
Yes, my products are safe for teenagers.

No. Methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCIT), Methylisothiazolinone (MIT), Phenoxyethanol, Parabens, Micro Beads, Micro Plastics and all sorts of other chemicals and additives are widely used in the cosmetics industry, but I don't and never will use these in my products.

What do you mean by the word "treatment?"
When you see the word "treatment" here at Formula Flawless, I'm not advising a healing remedy for some sort of ailment. I'm simply using this word to describe the application and use of a particular product for cosmetic and beauty purposes.
How is product safety testing conducted?
Consumer safety is always my top priority. My product safety testing draws on toxicology, microbiology, environmental chemistry and manufacturing know-how for each new formula I create.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are made by me in my own lab in Las Vegas, US. All products are tested for irritants and allergens using biological assays and human volunteers. I don't test and have never tested my products on animals, nor do I ask others to conduct animal testing on my behalf. I'm always researching dermatology, skin aging and cellular biology, and developing new products in my lab as I continue exploring how to make effective skincare. My focus is on improving product efficacy without the fillers, bulking agents and harsh preservatives common in conventional skincare.
Is the serum fragrance free?
Yes, I never use fragrance in any of my products. Some products have a natural, pleasant smell from their organic, fresh ingredients. The serums are free of gluten, GMOs, parabens, fragrance, SLS, SLES, DEA, heavy metals, talc and petrolatum, paraffin and mineral oil. They're also free of the fillers and bulking agents commonly used in conventional skincare. Everything I make is fresh and cruelty-free.
Is the packaging recyclable?
All bottles and jars are made of glass and fully recyclable. My products are 93% plastic free, and my external packaging is all recycled paper shreds.
