Wait at least five minutes after washing your face before applying Formula Flawless serums and creams to make sure hands and face are completely dry and the skin receives all the benefits of the deeply nourishing ingredients.

Most important for the creams and serums is to avoid getting your fingers in them, avoid any direct contact with your skin. Treat these just like fresh yogurt, if you get your fingers in the yogurt, it won’t last as long as bacteria from your hands will start to grow.. Use the spoons provided for the creams and with the dropper bottles, try not to let the tip of the dropper touch your skin.

Which products are good for Rosacea?
Our products work well for people who have Rosacea as we do not use alcohols, added fragrance, artificial coloring or mineral oils. Some of the favourites for Rosacea are the F3 and F10 serums and the F34 Gentle Rose Resurfacing Scrub.
Is it safe to use your products around the eye area?
It is ok to apply the product around your eye but with any product, you never want to put anything so close that it gets into your lashes as the product can run into your eye causing irritation. When applying product around the eye it is best to pat it on with your forefingers as the skin is thinner and more delicate.
Can I use the serums with the F22 eye cream?
Yes, The F22 Eye Cream was formulated to be used with the rest of your Formula Flawless regimen, including The Serum.

When you see the word "treatment" here at Formula Flawless, we are not advising a healing remedy to some sort of ailment. We simply are using this word to better explain the application and use of a particular product for cosmetic/beauty purposes.
How is product safety testing conducted?
Consumer safety has always been top priority at Formula Flawless. Therefore, our product safety testing requires collaboration of experts across several sciences, including toxicology, microbiology, environmental chemistry and manufacturing for each new formula we create.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are made by us in our own lab in Oregon, US. All products are tested for irritants and allergens using biological assays and human volunteers. We do not test and never have tested our products on animals, nor do we ask others to conduct animal testing on our behalf. We are always researching dermatology, skin ageing and cellular biology and developing new products in our state-of-the-art laboratory as we continue our exploration in delivering the world’s most effective skincare. Our focus is on improving product efficacy without any of the industry standard chemicals, bulking agents and preservatives that only harm our skin over time.
Is the serum fragrance free?
Yes, we never use fragrance in any of our products. Some of our products have a natural pleasant smell from their organic, fresh ingredients. The serums are free of gluten, GMOs, parabens, fragrance, SLS, SLES, DEA, heavy metals, talc and petrolatum/paraffin/mineral oil. It is also free of ANY and ALL the chemicals and bulking agents commonly used in regular skincare which only harm your skin over time. Everything we make is 100% fresh and 100% natural. Like all Formula Flawless products it is also cruelty-free.
Is the packaging recyclable?
All bottles and jars are made out of glass and fully recyclable. Our products are 93% plastic free and our external packaging is all recycled paper shreds.

Ocean plastic accumulates in five ocean garbage patches, the largest one being the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, located between Hawaii and California. To solve it, we not only need to stop more plastic from flowing into the ocean, but also clean up what is already out there. Floating plastics trapped in the patches will keep circulating until they break down into smaller and smaller pieces, becoming harder to clean up and increasingly easier to mistake for food by sealife. If left to circulate, the plastic will impact our ecosystems, health, and economies for decades or even centuries.
The easiest and cheapest way of packaging our skincare products is by using plastics, but that just adds to this, one of the biggest problems on our planet right now.
