How long is shipping actually going to take?
We make formulas fresh in small batches, so ship times vary with our production cycle — some orders ship the same day, others take up to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes about 2–5 days in the US. Free shipping on US orders $100+.
What if I try it and it's just not right for my skin?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is largely unused. We review each request individually, so if something isn't working for your skin, contact us and we'll go from there.
Is this actually natural, or just marketed that way?
It's actually natural. Our formulas are natural, organic, and plant-based, developed by a biochemist and grounded in Ayurvedic principles, never diluted just to survive a long shelf life.
Do I need to buy more than one serum, or can this grow into a full routine?
