Most of our serums and creams are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Some of our products may have ingredients that are contraindicated for pregnancy and breastfeeding, please check the notes on a product-by-product basis. The notes are contained on the relevant product pages. If you are pregnant, or breastfeeding you should consult your physician or other health care professional.
Do Formula Flawless products contain nuts?
We use nut oils in many of our products and all products are made in the same lab where nut oils are present. Anyone with a nut allergy should not use our products at any time. And anyone living with someone with a nut allergy should not use our products at any time.

Can I use the serums in place of the face creams?
The serums can be used alone, but for optimal results we recommend using along with one of the face creams, as they are carefully designed to be combined for unprecedented results and an unmistakable Formula Flawless glow.
How long will this serum bottle last me?If using twice a day your 1oz Serum will likely last you 1 month.
Should I use the F3 Serum in the morning or night?Yes, for best results use both in the morning and in the evening.
Can I pair or layer this serum with other serums?
For best results, we suggest, as part of your skincare regimen, applying the F10 finishing serum 3 minutes after applying F3 or any of your choices of face serums. The F10 finishing serum seals everything in for the whole of the day. You can top up your skin during the day with the F9 Skin Glow Vitamin C spray which protects your skin against the environment with high levels of antioxidants. If using F12 firming and tightening serum apply F3 in the mornings and F12 in the evenings.
Should I use the Serums and Creams Straight after washing my face?
So that the active ingredients remain stable and active, the serums and creams should avoid contact with water. Wait at least five minutes after washing your face before applying Formula Flawless serums and creams to make sure hands and face are completely dry and the skin receives all the benefits of the deeply nourishing ingredients.
Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types.Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.
How do I store my products?Our serums and creams are 100% fresh and free from chemicals and preservatives. Our serums last for 6 months from time of preparation, after which time, their effectiveness starts to reduce. Apart from the F3, they do not require refrigeration, but they are better for being in the fridge to retain maximum effectiveness. Our creams are fresh and we recommend that they are kept in a fridge.
Does Formula Flawless test its products on animals?
We are a cruelty-free company. We never have and never will test our products on animals and we do not have animal testing conducted by anyone else. We are huge cruelty-free advocates for animals and do not support animal testing.

Yes, the serums can be used alone, but for optimal results we recommend using along with one of the face creams, as they are carefully designed to be combined for unprecedented results and an unmistakable Formula Flawless glow.
How long will this serum bottle last me?
If using twice a day your 1oz Serum will likely last you 1 month.
Should I use it in the morning or night?
Yes, for best results use both in the morning and in the evening.
Can I pair or layer this serum with other serums?
For best results, we suggest, as part of your skincare regimen, applying the F10 finishing serum 3 minutes after applying F3 or any of your choices of face serums. The F10 finishing serum seals everything in for the whole of the day. You can top up your skin during the day with the F9 Skin Glow Vitamin C spray which protects your skin against the environment with high levels of antioxidants. If using F12 firming and tightening serum apply F3 in the mornings and F12 in the evenings.
Can Formula Flawless products be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Most of our serums and creams are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Some of our products may have ingredients that are contraindicated for pregnancy and breastfeeding, please check the notes on a product-by-product basis. The notes are contained on the relevant product pages. If you are pregnant, or breastfeeding you should consult your physician or other health care professional.
Do Formula Flawless products contain nuts?
We use nut oils in many of our products and all products are made in the same lab where nut oils are present. Anyone with a nut allergy should not use our products at any time. And anyone living with someone with a nut allergy should not use our products at any time.
Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types.

How do I store my products?
Our serums and creams are 100% fresh and free from chemicals and preservatives. Our serums last for 6 months from time of preparation, after which time, their effectiveness starts to reduce. Apart from the F3, they do not require refrigeration, but they are better for being in the fridge to retain maximum effectiveness. Our creams are fresh and we recommend that they are kept in a fridge.
Does Formula Flawless test its products on animals?
We are a cruelty-free company. We never have and never will test our products on animals and we do not have animal testing conducted by anyone else. We are huge cruelty-free advocates for animals and do not support animal testing.
How long do the products last for?
All our serums, apart from F3, last for 6 months without refrigeration, after which time, their effectiveness starts to reduce.
Our F3 Serum lasts for 6 months as long as it is refrigerated.
Our Creams will last 3-6 months as long as they are refrigerated.
Masks and Scrubs do not require refrigeration and are best used within 12 months.
Most important for the creams and serums is to avoid getting your fingers in them, avoid any direct contact with your skin. Treat these just like fresh yogurt, if you get your fingers in the yogurt, it won’t last as long as bacteria from your hands will start to grow.. Use the spoons provided for the creams and with the dropper bottles, try not to let the tip of the dropper touch your skin.
Are the products Vegan?
Our F3 Deep Hydrating Skin Serum contains marine collagen. All other products are vegan.
Which products are good for Rosacea?
Our products work well for people who have Rosacea as we do not use alcohols, added fragrance, artificial coloring or mineral oils. Some of the favourites for Rosacea are the F3 and F10 serums and the F34 Gentle Rose Resurfacing Scrub.
Is it safe to use your products around the eye area?
It is ok to apply the product around your eye but with any product, you never want to put anything so close that it gets into your lashes as the product can run into your eye causing irritation. When applying product around the eye it is best to pat it on with your forefingers as the skin is thinner and more delicate.
Can I use the serums with the F22 eye cream?
Yes, The F22 Eye Cream was formulated to be used with the rest of your Formula Flawless regimen, including The Serum.
Should I use the Serums and Creams Straight after washing my face?
So that the active ingredients remain stable and active, the serums and creams should avoid contact with water. Wait at least five minutes after washing your face before applying Formula Flawless serums and creams to make sure hands and face are completely dry and the skin receives all the benefits of the deeply nourishing ingredients.
Should I use it in the morning or night?
